My closet must haves... from Karlas closet, i looooove!

sooo, been busy this week......, tryng to do marble nails!!! i knw!! tough luck huh!?
i had everything, the water, nail polishes, the orangestick, which i substituted for with a tooth pick, patterns were awsome and couldnt wit to dip my nails in then.. thngs however didnt turn out as expected, ended up having realy smuged nail polished.. disaster!!
nhu, clearly didnt get what i expected so am still not giving up, in case anyone has any suggestions on what polishes work best please help!!

So,  today, closet must haves, this has been my survival kit since i dont know when.. though i love my jeans but ive come to accept, {gets easier each day when i confess this}, that i can venture and embrace other looks..
so here are my inspired looks from karlas closet that i wish i had them like now now!!

simple skiny jeans amped up with a cute blaizer, a shirt and killer heels!!

simplicity is key so no buggy jewelry, or anything else to compete with the jeans!!

Its such a lazy saturday afternoon, a girl can only wish for,, apart from a faster ISP and some cash..

my dream loft so far...coz i knw i will surely see another great livingroom or lounge and i say.. ooohh i want that, id love that.. soo so far since this wont be the last. option one...

 there is nothing not to love about ths room, simple yet super chic, the sofas...the coffee table the yellow shrug by the table.. the light shade over the sofas soo cool..



now who wouldnt like to blackout in such a room, i wouldnt even go to work!! i would but uurrghhh!!! this is the stuff!!

the different textures on the rugs add to the uber cozyness of the room.. if this is too mature for you, option B screams fun and relaxed..

now this is much more of me.. i love open spaces.. plus the working area is convinient if the loft space is limited, this could work for you...
speaking of open spaces and color

Moving on to other living spaces

or should i say swimming area....indoor to be precise... no more peeping toms when you are geared up for a power swimm or just lazing around the poool.. helps even more if the roof is convertable..

i love open kitchens, the bigger they are, the better... nhu, skipping kitchens...boohooo

rocking that blazer!!! too hot for this weather!!!

its amaizing how people undermine a blazer, in most people closets a blazer is just for the office and never sees the weekend or anywhere close to fun...
but noo sirree... i have seen these girls do justice to a blazer casualy and fiercely.. so after doing my "research" on my fashion faves celebs, i came up with this  for my MUST have look list....

in a nude blazer and C.Louboutin python platform booties on a  girls night out.. frankie paired the blazer in super cute jeans shorts and a vest...

also in a coco chanel tank top, she looks funky in a blazer, boots and uber cool in aviator sunnies!!!!!

then i went to my next most über chic girl..... of cource, aheemm.. Kim K. now this girl can rock the blazer look, she wears them in demin, rocks a dress like you wouldnt believe.. if theres a girl who blazers were made for... need i say more...

who said casual fridays had to be boring? even your boss must be jealous!! but who cares, even when you broke and look like this!!!! you dont even care as long you look this cool!!!

in a swede fold over collar blazer and a chanel necklace, jeans and hair pulled back,   yet anothrer casual look... simply magnificent....

  super sigh!!!!

on a night out, a great blazer paired in cool heels and a tank top can solve a lot of a girls miseries...nd dnt forget your cab money, or else carry doll shoes, incase of a lengthy walk...

now where to start, is it the handbag, the neck piece or oooh, wait, the Balmain 2011 spring collection Blaizer!

even she knows this screams confident!!! how i loathe how people pair up a whole suit after spending soo much money into it and spoil the look, you knw, turning up in the office and then evvryone got the new suits from exhibitions, while great clothes stay unturned in Gikomba, or Adams or Muthurwa just because they are second hand.. well she is certainly not wearing second hand clothes but be different and pair up your colourful blaizer and look confident.. standout in a great way.. 

 stripes  have never looked this good on a blazer... i meant on a girl... take risks... sets you apart from the rest, but never more than two patterns on an outfit.. 

before i rest my case... here's the cutest i've seen her in a dresss and a blaizer... at the charlotte ronson fall 2011 mercedes benz FW...

movies and series collection nd OH? the telly is on.. tsk tsk..yeah thats me..unconventional home office.. all this is my basics to building something that i only have in mind..

I'm torn btween doing events and other PR stuff.. and am done waiting to feel comfortable to start on my own.. though its hard organizing my thoughts with top gear on i feel better now that i have no pressure but to be honest with myself...

ION, am back on TaeBo, getting fit is not an option, the last time i did TaeBo, in 40 days i lost 4kgs.. woop woop.. am getting the hang of it and am thankful to God for the energy i have . soo on with Day three of TaeBo and Day one of decision making...
